Return & Exchange Policy.

 

Shine Jewellery and Accessories offers online exchanges by mail or in person. We offer exchange or store credit on any unworn/defective merchandise - by mail or in person - within 14 days.

All merchandise must be in new* condition/in original packaging and accompanied by receipt for proof of purchase. We cannot accept an exchange of any item with any indication that it has been used.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE & non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If returning via mail:

We will gladly exchange your purchase for another product or store credit.

Online orders can be exchanged via mail — Email customerservice@shinejewellery.ca with your order # and follow our return instructions to send back your purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customer must fully insure return package and provide a tracking number.

Shine cannot refund international duties and taxes.

Shine cannot accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement of packages without proof of delivery to Shine.

Shine reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with policy.
